About the Role


Anthem Music School is looking for a musically skilled individual with a background in marketing to take on a dynamic hybrid role focused on

digital marketing

,

lead conversion

, and

occasional music teaching

. This is a part-time, fixed-contract role for

26 hours per week

, perfect for a working musician who wants steady income while staying creatively and musically engaged.

You'll take the lead on growing our student base through smart, strategic marketing - while being able to step in for music teaching cover (especially guitar and drums) when needed. This role combines creativity, communication, and musicianship - perfect for someone who loves music and wants to help more people discover it.

We're a team of passionate educators, and we're looking for someone equally enthusiastic about both music and marketing to help us grow.

Working Hours



Monday to Friday: 4:00pm - 8:00pm Saturday: 9:00am - 3:00pm

Total: 26 hours/week


Pay: 1,577.33/month



Your Core Responsibilities



Marketing & Lead Generation



Plan, execute and monitor

social media campaigns

(Instagram, Facebook, YouTube) Manage and optimise

Google Ads

campaigns Create and schedule

email marketing

for current, past, and prospective students Call and follow up with

new student and school leads

Design and distribute

flyers and print marketing

to local schools and partners Maintain and update

signage

, A-frames, and street visibility Contribute to

referral and loyalty programs

Recommend and test new marketing channels (including text messaging)

Musician On-Call / Cover Teacher



Be ready to step in as a

last-minute cover teacher

for beginner guitar or drum classes Support musical events, rehearsals, and student performances Contribute creative ideas and musical insight to school activities

Who We're Looking For



Essential



A musician who plays

guitar and/or drums

(teaching experience is a big plus) Demonstrated experience in

digital marketing

and/or sales Strong communication skills (verbal and written) Confident making

sales/lead follow-up calls

Friendly, professional, and approachable Proactive, organised, and reliable Comfortable using online platforms, tools, and basic design or ad systems

Bonus



Knowledge of Google Ads or Facebook Ads Manager Experience in a music school or youth organisation Able to play piano or sing Driving licence and access to a car Experience with events, performance planning, or video content creation
