Join Our Team as a National Compliance Administration Officer




We're looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented National Compliance Administration Officer to support our Electrical Compliance team. This team of professionals is based at our Worcester office.


In this role, you'll play a key part in delivering efficient, high-quality administrative and support services that help ensure our compliance operations run smoothly. You'll be joining a collaborative environment where your contributions truly matter.

Key Responsibilities:




As a National Compliance Administration Officer, your role will include:


Ensuring Compliance and Safety:

Accurately checking and processing electrical certificates to help maintain the safety and compliance of our customers' homes.

Identifying follow on works:

Raising follow on remedial work orders to maintain the safety and compliance of our customers' homes.

Managing Service Records:

Processing work orders using our SAP system and updating records with upcoming service due dates.

Customer and Contractor Liaison:

Communicating effectively with customers and contractors to coordinate services and resolve queries.

Supporting Regulatory Standards:

Gathering, preparing, and presenting accurate information to support the team in meeting or exceeding regulatory and internal standards.

Service Improvement:

Identifying and highlighting any shortfalls in service delivery to ensure robust processes are in place.

Skills and Experience:




To be successful in this role, you will have:


Analytical Skills:

Some experience in accurately checking and processing data.

Relevant Experience:

Recent experience in a similar administrative or compliance-focused role.

Organisational Abilities:

Strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Time Management:

A proven track record of meeting deadlines and managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Communication Excellence:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.

IT Proficiency:

Confident use of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
