We're seeking a commercially minded National Account Manager with a strong background in food manufacturing and a proven track record of working with foodservice customers. You'll be responsible for managing and growing key accounts across the sector, from restaurants to premium coffee shop chains, helping them deliver exceptional customer experiences through tailored product solutions.
This role is ideal for someone with a solid understanding of the foodservice sector and a proven ability to successfully develop customer accounts in fast-paced, quality-driven environments. You'll bring a hands-on, customer-focused approach and a clear insight into what drives success in foodservice partnerships.
Working closely with our Technical, Quality, and NPD teams, you'll help shape innovative product offerings that meet the evolving needs of foodservice customers. Your ability to turn market trends and customer feedback into actionable insights will be key to driving growth and reinforcing our reputation for quality, reliability, and service.

What You'll Be Doing
Develop and execute a sales plan aligned with business goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders through various channels.
Identify and convert inbound enquiries into new accounts and profitable sales opportunities.
Drive growth through up selling, cross selling and tailored customer strategies.
Identify new prospects through industry research and event participation.
Ensure timely response to inbound enquiries and quote follow-ups.
Analyse customer and sales data to inform decision making and opportunity development.
Negotiate and close contracts that align with revenue and margin targets.
Determine margins for quotations and propose product price reviews.
Monitor customer satisfaction and manage customer issues effectively.
Liaise with internal teams to build knowledge and support innovation.
Prepare and deliver impactful presentations to prospective clients.
Participate in sales meetings and share customer insights, markets trends and opportunities.

How We Work Together
Salary:
Up to 55,000 per annum (depending on experience and skills)
Working Arrangements:
This is a hybrid position, Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm.
You will be expected to be on site 2 times per week, with the remaining days spent working from home or attending customer visits as required.
