A vacancy has arisen within the National Accounts Department for an Office Administrator, based in the Kenilworth Office.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced office environment. This role will involve supporting the Commercial team, Category Managers & Corporate sales managers.
Key Responsibilities.
MI Reporting.
Customer engagement
Closely liaising with the CAMs & CSMs
Expenses
Reviewing Purchase orders & allocation.
Hotel Bookings
The department is fast-growing and so there will be potential opportunity to develop upon existing skills and learn new ones for the right candidate.
Applicants will need to have the following skillset:
Good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel
Excellent attention to detail
A pleasant telephone manner
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Excellent planning and organisational skills
Work to deadlines
Understand and be responsive to the needs of colleagues and clients
Good time-management skills
