Location:
Our offices are conveniently situated in Northampton, Harvey Reeves Road.

Team Dynamics:
Join a dynamic team of 4 experienced Administrators within a larger group of 30 individuals. Our office environment is bustling and contemporary, fostering a fun and professional atmosphere curated by our Sales Director.

Work Hours:
Operating hours are from 7am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday, with a weekly requirement of 30 hours. We prioritize flexibility to accommodate your lifestyle, with further discussions during the interview process.

As part of our team, your responsibilities will include:Handling invoice processing and resolving discrepancies Engaging with internal teams and suppliers to address disputes Assisting customers through phone and email communications Managing incoming calls efficiently


We are seeking individuals with the following qualifications:Experience in Administration is preferred A friendly disposition and eagerness to learn Strong attention to detail and accuracy in tasks Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Proficiency in computer skills; familiarity with Excel is beneficial but not mandatory
