We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to join our team at GGRS. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales initiatives and expanding our customer base in the renewable energy sector. Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share.
Manage and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.
Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Utilize CRM for tracking sales activities and reporting on performance metrics.
Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns that drive sales.

Requirements
Proven experience in sales management, preferably within the commercial renewable energy sector
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Familiarity with CRM software is advantageous.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building relationships.
A passion for renewable energy and sustainability is highly desirable.
