Overview


We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated National Specification Manager to join our dynamic team.

The National Specification Manager will be the advocate, responsible for promoting and securing the specification of CheckFire's unique lithium-ion battery fire protection solutions

Promoting, educating and specifying the ranges across the fire trade, industry bodies/forums/think tanks, fire risk specifiers (FRA), engineers, consultants, and extensive end user landscape. Where there is a lithium-ion battery, there is a fire risk.

Responsibilities



The National Specification Manager will possess a background in B2B specification sales, while also being highly proficient in professionally representing a company brand, successfully specifying/educating/selling a unique product portfolio across a broad and varied spectrum of trade, specification and end users, ensuring achievement of agreed target

The National Specification Manager must be a proactive, entrepreneurial product advocate, able to work autonomously to lead the drive on market penetration, awareness and presence of this unique fire risk solution via specification sales.

Experience Required



Experience in developing and influencing strategic relationships with key stakeholders/industry figures/influences is a firm prerequisite. The NSM will work with the Sales Director, Customer Experience Manager (CXM), National Sales Manager, Business Development Managers, Internal Account Managers, Pipeline Executive, and Customer Services Teams to identify key new business opportunities across existing and additional new customers.

Demonstrated experience of working in a fast paced commercial environment sector/discipline. Industry Knowledge: Experience in fire safety, construction, or a related field, with an understanding of fire safety regulations and standards. Effective collaboration across teams. Proven experience in specification sales, preferably within a technical Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving objectives.

Skills Required



Analytical, able to interpret data and complete gap analysis exercises. Confident presenter, comfortable leading/presenting to large forums. The ability to understand technical questions and provide solutions. Strong negotiation and customer service skills

Pay: Up to 50,000.00 per year
