Summary
We are seeking a Facilities Manager to join our dynamic team at M J Coles Construction Services Limited.
Responsibilities
Collecting and delivering materials nationwide as requested supporting the Contracts Managers
Site clearances nationwide as requested
Returning materials when required
Unit maintenance
Stock check of materials
Maintenance and management of all MJC tools
Co ordinating unit deliveries
Vehicle log and maintenance
General admin duties
Requirements
Proven experience in facilities management / construction knowledge preferred not essential
Excellent organisational skills
Ability to communicate effectively
Company van will be provided. Hours are Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm based in our office in Earlswood with nationwide travel as requested.
