Location: Haywards Heath - Burns House / Hybrid
Salary: 36,230 - 42,177 per annum pro rata
Hours: 36 hours per week
Contract Type: 6 month fixed term contact - secondment

We are on the lookout for customer-focused Neighbourhood Response Officers to join us at our Haywards Heath office.
You'll be allocated a neighbourhood in our Sussex Region where you will focus on working with the local community, from time to time you'll support the wider team in delivering services across Sussex.
You'll be working collaboratively with our residents and external agencies to ensure that our estates are kept clean and safe and any improvements are identified, planned and delivered.
Ensuring vulnerable customers are supported and that any anti-social behaviour is addressed and prevented.

This is a hybrid role with a base location at our offices in Haywards Heath. Candidates will be expected to work from the office at least one day per week.
Applicants must have access to a vehicle as must be able to travel across the Sussex region as required.
