The Finance Systems team is responsible for the ongoing design, delivery, operation and optimisation of the NetSuite finance platform and solutions across of companies. The team has resources based in each geographic region and acts as the focal point for all support services for that region in addition to its wider global programme of work. Finance Transformation Programme is one of the most important strategic transformation projects underway today, and will enable business teams to better manage all aspects of the Finance lifecycle, from PtP, RtR, FAM and OtC, as well as streamlining the Group Financial and Management reporting and analysis processes. The principal solution is NetSuite ERP system and will replace a myriad of legacy systems globally.

Reporting to the Finance Systems Service Delivery Manager, the NetSuite Solution Architect will take responsibility for the rollout of NetSuite and deploy the solution across our finance operations globally, playing a key part on IT finance systems solutions architecture and design. The role will require an in-depth knowledge and use of NetSuite\xe2\x80\x99s OneWorld platform in a complex global environment \xe2\x80\x93 working with established, \xe2\x80\x98brown-field\xe2\x80\x99 operations. Extensive experience of all NetSuite financial modules is essential, as is their interfacing with other platforms.
  • Work closely with regional and global stakeholders and their teams to ensure that the solution is configured and delivered to meet the strategic vision and target operating models for both the global and local finance operations, complying with IT implementation strategy.
  • Work with the Project Manager and other project team key resources, leading the design, QA testing and roll-out of the final OtC/PtP/RtR/FAM solution to all back office operations \xe2\x80\x93 including the successful transition out of hypercare into BAU support.
  • Work with internal Finance Systems BAU team, NetSuite Oracle, chosen OtC NetSuite Partner, and other NetSuite partners in specific geographies, to configure and customise the NetSuite OtC platform to meet the needs of the global and local business needs whilst ensuring alignment and optimisation of the NetSuite solution with the existing global NetSuite solution and other strategic projects underway or planned across.
  • Be the Finance system team\xe2\x80\x99s go-to expert for NetSuite project implementation and solution architecture.
  • Provide NetSuite expertise to both project and BAU teams
  • Manage configuration changes to fields, workflows, roles/permissions, page layouts, custom objects, custom record types, reports, dashboard and other objects
  • Troubleshoot application, process, and functional issues
  • Work with the BAU team during transition and provide input into possible further enhancements & engage with Integrations Team on system integrations & technical workshops.
  • Create and maintain saved searches, dashboards, and workflows
  • Design, create and build suitable business solutions within NetSuite, including addressing solution gaps
  • Review solution delivered by 3rd party/NetSuite partner and provide ERP functional and design input for quality solution aligned to standards
  • Ensure system compliance with company policies, procedures and protocols for system standards, customizations, and changes
  • Fully document and maintain existing and new customizations and workflows
  • Write business requirements document, functional requirements document, and deployment document whenever applicable.
  • Ensure all documentation is kept updated and relevant knowledgebases reflect the latest changes
  • Be able to act as deployment admin for projects if needed.
