Network and systems administrators

To provide Network and systems administrators are responsible for the day-to-day running of IT system, upkeep, configuration and reliable operation of computer and network systems, servers, workstations and peripheral devices. They may also maintain operation of a reliable, and for performing regular checks to ensure the smooth functioning of such systems, secure and efficient data communications network.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks: -

Administers, monitors and supports internal/external networks, servers, email, database and security systems.

Create new and improved existing operational models to guide our day-to-day operations, have experience with business, such as controls analysis, process, flows, data flows, and end-to-end understanding.

Configures and sets up new server systems.

Schedules and performs system maintenance tasks, such as loading Dental user applications, programs and data

Analyses systems and makes recommendations to improve performance

Identifies problems, agrees remedial action and undertakes emergency maintenance if required.

Performs server backup and recovery operations and restarts systems following outages

Acts as a liaison between users, outside suppliers, and other technical teams

Review and manage technical and business functional requirements to establish new platforms.

Designed, deployed, and troubleshot enterprise-scale cloud and IT infrastructure solutions to meet business requirements.

Led and managed infrastructure related to Networks, and Security, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements.

Architected, designed, deployed, and troubleshot complex, enterprise-scale cloud and on Prem infrastructure solutions, optimizing for scalability and security.

Developed technical solutions to meet business requirements as part of change initiatives, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems

Contributed to the overall IT strategy, proactively identifying opportunities for continuous improvement using industry best practices and cutting-edge technologies.

Effectively communicated the risks, dependencies, scope, and scale of technical changes to decision-making bodies, ensuring comprehensive understanding and informed decisions

Keeping up with new technologies and tools and introducing them to the company to help with the company's agile development environment. It improved the product quantity and work efficiency.

Contribute to the overall IT strategy and proactively identify continuous improvement opportunities using industry best practices and emerging technologies.

Key skills required: -

Good Office365 application and support Knowledge.

Technical Analysis Knowledge.

Automation Knowledge

Interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team

Excellent levels of communication, both written and verbal

Self-motivated with attention to detail

Organisational and analytical problem-solving skills

The capacity to be flexible and to adapt to changing demands and expectations

Job Type: Full Time Contract Basis

Qualifications: -

Minimum Bachelor degree of Computer Science or computer Technology
