Reporting to the Head of Networks & Telecommunications your role will focus on leading on network developments, managing a team of senior network engineers, and providing technical support and guidance to a wide range of stakeholders.

Main duties of the job
You will take responsibility for leading network development projects, applying specialist knowledge to solve complex challenges.
You will work as part of our multi-professional workforce, ensuring a smooth transition to new networking technologies and maintaining reliable LAN/WAN communications.
In collaboration with key stakeholders, you will identify and implement the most effective solutions by interpreting standards and procedures.
You will be supported to work autonomously in developing new network solutions, enhancing network performance and security.
You will develop effective and valued relationships with clinical and administrative teams, resolving network communication issues promptly.
You will be supported to work within established standards and best practices, contributing to the continuous improvement of network services.
