We're now looking for a talented
Network Engineer
with experience in an
MSP
environment to join our team. This role offers a mix of design, deployment, and support across a variety of client infrastructures.
The Role
As a Network Engineer at Dasuni, you'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting network infrastructure for our diverse client base. You'll work across firewalls, switches, access points, VPNs, and cloud-based networking tools. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced MSP environment and can handle both projects and support with professionalism and care.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, configure, and deploy networking solutions (LAN/WAN/VPN) for new and existing clients
Manage and support firewall appliances (e.g. SonicWall, Cisco)
Configure and manage switches and access points (Meraki, HP Aruba, Ubiquiti, Cisco)
Set up and maintain VLANs, routing policies, and QoS where required
Troubleshoot networking issues across client sites and ensure minimal downtime
Assist with network monitoring, optimisation, and documentation using RMM tools
Deliver project work (office moves, network upgrades, new client onboarding)
Provide support for all networking tickets
Collaborate with other engineers on cross-functional infrastructure projects
Maintain clear and accurate technical documentation using ITGlue
What We're Looking For
3+ years experience in a Network Engineer or similar role within an MSP
Demonstrated ability to own and lead networking projects from start to finish
Experience creating network architecture documentation, client proposals, and technical implementation plans
Ability to translate business needs into technical network solutions with clarity and confidence
Strong organisational skills and the ability to coordinate internal and external resources
Strong experience with SonicWall, Meraki, Fortinet, or similar firewall products
Solid knowledge of VLANs, VPNs, DHCP, DNS, NAT, subnetting, and routing protocols
Hands-on experience with switch and wireless deployments (Cisco/Meraki/Ubiquiti)
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 environments, Azure networking (bonus)
Comfort with remote tools, documentation platforms, and ticketing systems (e.g. Autotask, Datto RMM, ITGlue)
Strong communication skills - confident working with clients, both remote and on-site
Relevant certifications (e.g. CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA/CCNP, NSE) are a plus
