Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for operational excellence? We're looking for a driven and motivated Network Operations Manager to lead our
South Network, covering sites across the South West, Midlands, and South East.
As our Network Operations Manager, you will oversee the performance of all sites within your network, lead on local relationships, and identify opportunities for growth.
What you'll do
Lead and Inspire:
Manage, coach and mentor local teams, ensuring they have the resources and guidance needed to deliver high-quality patient care.
Drive Service Excellence
: Oversee the operational performance of general practice and urgent care services within the network, meeting contractual obligations and key performance indicators.
Foster Collaboration:
Build strong relationships with teams, fostering a culture of 'Working Together' and continuous improvement.
Implement Strategic Initiatives:
Work closely with Senior Leaders to roll out new strategies that enhance service delivery and patient outcomes in the Network.
Monitor and Evaluate:
Analyse performance data to identify themes and trends, address challenges, and implement solutions that drive efficiency and excellence
Essential and Desirable Requirements
We're looking for an experienced and proactive leader with strong operational and people management skills.
Essential:
Management degree or equivalent experience
Proven experience leading teams and managing services and budgets
Success in business planning, service redesign, and delivering strategic change
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
Positive, 'can-do' attitude and understanding of operational challenges
Desirable
:
Project management skills
Up-to-date knowledge of best practice in operational management

Base office
You'll be based at one of our network sites (base location flexible), with travel required to other sites across the South Network as needed. Travel frequency will depend on site requirements.
