Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, first fix, 2nd fix sanitary and final plumbing. This role requires a strong understanding of plumbing techniques and the ability to work with a variety of tools and materials. The Plumber will ensure that all installations are compliant with local regulations and standards while delivering high-quality workmanship.

Duties

Installation of first fix plumbing, reading drawings and testing. 2nd fix of unvented indirect cylinders, ASHPs, Kitchen carcasses, manifold connections and baths. Use power tools and hand tools effectively to complete plumbing tasks. Installation of sanitary ware inline with specification and bathroom layouts. Collaborate with other tradespeople, including carpenters and tilers and electricians on the projects. Following the instructions and working along side the site supervisor. Perform heavy lifting as required to move materials and equipment. Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with health and safety regulations. Keep accurate records of work performed and timesheet.

Experience

5 years minimum experience of on site plumbing Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot plumbing issues effectively. Familiarity with basic maths for measurements and calculations related to plumbing tasks. Full licence Blue / Gold CSCS card holder Ability to work independently as well as part of a team is essential. A valid plumbing qualification or certification is mandatory.
