The Opportunity
We're looking for driven, commercially astute New Business Account Executives to join our Historical Audit team.
You'll be speaking directly with senior decision-makers -- CEO's, Finance Directors, Estates Leads and Partners -- to introduce audit findings where Inform has identified historic overpayments. Your goal: build trust, explain the opportunity clearly, and guide the client through the refund process.
This isn't transactional telesales. It's a professional, consultative role where your conversations directly unlock value for clients, often resulting in six-figure recoveries.
What You'll Be Doing
Proactively engage new prospects using tools such as Apollo, Salesfinity and Monday.com
Qualify and convert opportunities identified through Inform's data-led insights
Manage the full sales cycle from discovery and proposal through to client onboarding
Handle objections professionally and communicate Inform's value proposition with clarity
Maintain accurate CRM data and meet measurable KPIs around activity, conversion rates and pipeline growth
Collaborate with peers to share best practice and contribute to process improvements
Who You Are
Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally phone-led and results-driven
Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders, building rapport and trust quickly
Confident communicator with excellent verbal and written English
Organised, proactive and motivated by measurable success
Curious about data, commercial problem-solving and financial impact
