In this vital role, you'll drive the sales of our culture offering, as well as open the door to opportunities in employer branding and internal communications.
You'll build our networks, while sourcing and converting new sales opportunities on a global basis to meet business targets. You'll also:
identify and initiate contact with organisations about new business opportunities
prepare new business proposals and present at pitches
work with our Culture Consultant to drive impactful solutions for new clients
deliver presentations at conferences and events
lead client meetings involving complex ideas, solutions and data
ensure proposals are high quality, timely and profitable
report, measure and forecast sales performance
meet sales KPIs
support future investment planning strategies and forecasts
build strong networks and nurture connections
work collaboratively with teams across the agency.
