Ready to be the face of My Mortgage Finder? As a Trainee Mortgage Advisor at My Mortgage Finder, you'll be the first point of contact when customers visit our business. Your role will involve engaging potential prospects and promoting our innovative mortgage-ready plans, helping clients gain clarity and confidence in their homeownership journey. This is a vital step in building trust and driving forward the My Mortgage Finder brand.
At My Mortgage Finder, we hold ourselves to high standards of professionalism and pride ourselves on delivering outstanding service. Our core values--"Relentless commitment," "Exceed expectations," and "Always evolving"--guide how we interact with clients and approach our work.
As a Trainee Mortgage Advisor, you'll embody these values by being an exceptional communicator and building genuine rapport, ensuring every customer feels valued and understood.
During your training period of 12 to 18 months, you'll handle a high volume of warm prospects, focusing on presenting and selling our mortgage-ready plans. You will take ownership of these prospects, explaining the benefits of our plans, answering questions, and guiding them toward making informed decisions that set them on the path to homeownership with confidence.
After the initial training period, you will transition into a fully advised role. Your daily duties will include conducting initial consultations via Zoom, understanding clients' needs, conducting market research, and presenting tailored solutions to meet their goals.
For both phases of the role, you'll be expected to leverage your people skills, market knowledge, and daily training to meet and exceed your monthly KPIs. If you're driven to excel and make a significant impact, we're eager to see what you can bring to our team.
