This is an ideal opportunity for a confident communicator with a passion for technology and a hunger to progress within a rapidly growing MSP. You will be responsible for proactive outbound lead generation, booking qualified meetings, and helping to build a strong sales pipeline for the senior sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Make
60+ outbound cold calls per day
to target accounts in the UK SMB sector.
Identify key decision-makers and qualify prospective clients through effective discovery.
Book
8-12 qualified meetings per month
for senior sales colleagues.
Follow up on inbound enquiries and marketing-generated leads to convert into sales opportunities.
Use tools such as LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and HubSpot to research, contact, and nurture leads.
Clearly articulate Lanmark's value proposition in IT support, cloud services, cybersecurity and cloud solutions.
Work closely with marketing to optimise messaging and campaign follow-ups.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions, notes, and deal stages in the CRM system.
Meet or exceed monthly activity and meeting targets.
Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and evolving client challenges.
Attend internal training to build product knowledge and improve sales techniques.

Candidate Profile
Essential Skills and Experience
1-2 years in B2B sales or outbound SDR role
Proven experience in cold calling and outreach
Excellent communication and objection-handling skills
CRM proficiency (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce)
Highly organised and target-driven
Desirable
Experience within an MSP or technology provider
Familiarity with Microsoft 365. Microsoft Azure
Knowledge of IT support services
Use of LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Understanding of the SMB market in the UK

28,000 - 35,000 per annum based on experience
