Job Summary


We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth through the acquisition of new hotel clients. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of the sales process. Familiarity with CRM software is highly desirable, as it will be used to track leads and manage client relationships effectively.

Responsibilities



Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets. Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients. Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Utilise CRM software for tracking leads, managing client interactions, and reporting on sales activities. Attend industry events and networking functions to promote the company's services. Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

Qualifications



Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within a similar industry. Strong understanding of the sales process from prospecting to closing deals. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to take initiative. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: 24,420.00-29,845.87 per year
