Sales Negotiator


Hours:

Monday - Friday 8:30am - 6pm (1 in 3 Saturdays for viewings / launches 10am- 4pm)


Location:

London/Euston


Basic salary:

25,000 - 28,000 (Competitive commission structure + benefits package)

We're on the lookout for a passionate and results-driven New Homes Negotiator to join our thriving team. If you're an experienced sales professional with London Residential new homes experience we are looking to hear from you.


Main Responsibilities:



Proactively call and engage with our client database regarding specific developments

Qualify new applicants and match them with suitable new homes

Achieve and exceed KPI targets, including sales conversions

Arrange and carry out property viewings with professionalism and enthusiasm

Deliver exceptional service to all stakeholders - clients, developers, and colleagues alike

Manage client expectations with transparency and care

Negotiate effectively between parties to secure mutually beneficial agreements

Oversee the sales process from offer through to exchange and completion, including issuing the Memorandum of Sale

A confident communicator who excels in people-facing roles

Friendly, approachable, and a positive team player

A proactive contributor to a vibrant and collaborative office cultur

Proven experience in residential sales, ideally within a new homes or estate agency environment

Ability to maintain high standards and performance under pressure

Competent in Microsoft Office and general IT systems
