We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic New Home Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding potential investors/homebuyers through the purchasing process, showcasing our new developments, and helping clients find their dream homes/investment. Your ability to build relationships and provide exceptional customer service will be key to your success in this position.

Responsibilities

Engage with prospective buyers to understand their needs and preferences. Conduct property viewings and showcase the features of our new developments. Provide detailed information about the homes, including specifications, pricing, and financing options. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets. . Follow up with leads and maintain a robust database of potential buyers.

Skills

Proven background in property sales or estate agency Strong track record of meeting and exceeding targets Self-motivation with a 'can do' attitude Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team Professional, positive, ambitious and enthusiastic approach Previous experience with an estate agency software would be an advantage Full, clean UK driving licence is essential
