Join Laing Bennett as the New Homes Sales Manager for the stunning, award?winning Shoreline Development in Folkestone. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the sales journey and play a pivotal role in showcasing the development, delighting buyers, and driving results with professionalism and passion.

Tuesday to Saturday: 9:00am - 5:00pm
Salary Overview
Salary for this role is based on a Basic Salary plus Development commission on completed sales to give an OTE of 45,000 to 50,000 PA.
What you will do
Lead the end?to?end sales process for the Shoreline Development
Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first enquiry to completion
Work closely with the Sales Director to ensure the development is presented to the highest standard
Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with prospective buyers and stakeholders
Provide expert guidance on the homes, local area, and buying process
Assist in marketing initiatives, events, and on?site presentation to maximise interest
Uphold Laing Bennett's high standards of service, professionalism, and brand reputation
Additional Responsibilities
You will also get involved in the wider Sales Department activities, including:
Welcoming visitors to the office and handling incoming calls
Following up on leads and arranging property viewings
Conducting viewings and negotiating sales
Managing essential administrative task
What we are looking for
Strong knowledge of the local property market and Folkestone area
Proven experience in property sales, preferably new homes
Excellent communication and relationship?building skills
Professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to delivering first?class service
A positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a professional appearance
Solid administration and computer skills
A full UK driving licence and your own car for appointments
