Basic Salary:

Up to 30,000 (DOE)

OTE:

45,000-50,000 + uncapped commission

Guaranteed Income:

Up to 1,000/month for 6-12 months

Bonuses:

About the Role

We're looking for an ambitious and driven

Regional Sales Manager

to lead our

New Homes division across Cambridgeshire

What You'll Do

Lead, coach and inspire your team to achieve and exceed sales targets. Build strong, long-term partnerships with developers and on-site teams. Drive revenue, manage budgets, and maximise performance across your region. Collaborate with other divisions to generate referrals and cross-business opportunities. Represent the company with energy and professionalism, in meetings, on-site, and on camera.
