Basic Salary:
Up to 30,000 (DOE)
OTE:
45,000-50,000 + uncapped commission
Guaranteed Income:
Up to 1,000/month for 6-12 months

Regional Sales Manager
to lead our
New Homes division across Cambridgeshire

What You'll Do

Drive revenue, manage budgets, and maximise performance across your region.
Collaborate with other divisions to generate referrals and cross-business opportunities.
Represent the company with energy and professionalism, in meetings, on-site, and on camera.
