We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Newly Qualified , Arabic Speaking Immigration Solicitor to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills and a thorough understanding of Immigration Law to provide expert advice and representation to our clients. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work effectively within a collaborative environment.
Duties
Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on Immigration matters, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
Represent clients in court proceedings as necessary.
Conduct thorough research on legal issues and prepare case files.
Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and case progress.
Stay updated on changes in legislation and legal practices relevant to the areas of law practiced.
Collaborate with colleagues and other professionals to develop effective strategies for client representation.
General clerical duties
Requirements
Qualified Solicitor with a valid practising certificate.
Arabic speaking
Proven working experience in Immigration law.
Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to advocate effectively for clients.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in legal documentation.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex legal concepts clearly.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
