We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities
Assess and monitor patients' health status, documenting changes and communicating effectively with the healthcare team.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
Provide compassionate patient care, addressing physical and emotional needs while promoting comfort and dignity.
Educate patients and their families on health management, treatment plans, and preventive care strategies.
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualised care plans.
Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in nursing.
Requirements
Valid registration as a nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology relevant to patient care.
Proven experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not essential for newly qualified nurses.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of nursing practice.
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
