Night Auditor/night Receptionist
Job Description
Our hotel is looking to hire a Night Auditor/Night Receptionist to join our team. You will be responsible for the safety and care of guests in house and our hotel situated on the high street. Night Porters are required to deal with any overnight tasks which must be carried out in a friendly and professional manner.
Duties will include:
Dealing with late check-ins / early checkouts.
Completing Daily Night Audits and sending relevant Reports.
Completing and balancing daily banking.
Cleaning of the main lobby and public areas.
Serving customers at the bar.
Preparing and serving Night Snack Menu.
Set up of breakfast room.
Attention and response to any noise during shift.
Answering phone calls.
Completing a daily checklist.
General security of the building.
Communication and good customer service skills are essential.
