Night Care Assistant

The Contemplation Group, established in 2003, is a privately owned company consisting of 13 care services all registered with the Care Quality Commission.

Contemplation Homes Limited owns and operates 8 Residential nursing homes, Contemplation Care has 4 Residential Learning Disability Homes and a domiciliary Care and Nursing agency.

We are currently looking for a Night Care Assistants for our Two Beeches Nursing Home in Waterlooville, to work Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights.

Requirements

Good communication skills both verbal/non verbal & written Effective listening and interpersonal skills Time management skills Satisfactory Disclosure & Barring Service check and Adult First check (DBS) Two satisfactory references including previous employer Genuine interest in working with older people

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care and support to residents during the night shift, ensuring their comfort and safety. Assist with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and mobility. Maintain accurate care plans and documentation, updating as necessary. Communicate effectively with residents and their families, addressing any concerns or needs. Manage time efficiently to ensure all tasks are completed within the shift.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 12.36-12.46 per hour

Expected hours: 36 per week
