Senior Care Practitioner
to join our nights team at Merton Place Care Home, supporting individuals with mental health challenges to live safely, with dignity and as much independence as possible.About the role
? Actively support the day-to-day delivery of high-quality care
? Empower and encourage residents to achieve greater independence
? Maintain and review person-centred care plans
? Carry out care duties and keep accurate records using IT systems
? Provide safe, supported accommodation
? Lead and motivate the night team
? Work flexibly, including weekends and unsocial hours
What you'll bring
NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards it)
Experience leading or supervising a care team
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A positive, proactive, problem-solving approach
Enhanced DBS clearance
