Responsibilities:
Providing high-quality care to residents during night shifts
Monitoring and responding to residents' needs promptly
Administering medication and maintaining accurate records
Assisting with personal care tasks, including bathing and dressing
Ensuring a safe and secure environment for all residents
Communicating effectively with residents, families, and colleagues
Participating in training and development opportunities
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a similar role within the Health, Nursing, or Social Care sector
Valid DBS clearance
NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (desirable)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
