Whether it's helping someone settle, answering an emergency call, or quietly keeping the home tidy, every moment matters and so will you.

What you'll be doing:

Supporting individuals overnight, following person-centred care plans

Responding to calls and emergencies with care and confidence

Carrying out light domestic tasks to keep everything running smoothly

Recording and updating care notes with accuracy and compassion

Welcoming any visitors or professionals with warmth and professionalism

What we're looking for:

You're calm under pressure, thoughtful in your care, and happy to work independently. Ideally, you'll already have an SVQ2 in Health & Social Care or be ready to work towards it. You'll also need basic IT skills and be registered with the SSSC (or ready to register). Most importantly, you'll feel at home working within our Christian ethos and values.

This post requires you to be a member of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme and undertake the necessary vetting checks. You will also be required to be registered with SSSC and it is your professional responsibility to ensure that you meet the standards and criteria for registration.
