Job Description

Hours:

- Night Shift 17.00hrs to 05.00hrs (Shifts 4 days on - 4 days off)

Would need to have experience in hotel or similar position working with customers/residents/guests/visitors providing a five star service with answering calls/ emails and anything the business needs to deal with on a day to day basis within a timely manner which needs to be of a high standard.

Your responsible would also include checking on site security of the estate in all areas around residents properties, communal and car parking areas as well and the outside green spaces on site, whilst making sure doors are closed or lock and recording/reporting any maintenance issues.

You would need to be confident with all standing Instructions and other duties when instructed on a daily basis, to provide client and security services. Good under- standing of Microsoft Excel, Word & emailing etc.

Other expected duties will include:

Checking furniture or fixtures to ensure everything is to a high standard

Vacuum Spa hard floors, carpets, doormats when necessary

Replenishment of bath robes, towels, for Spa & Pool area

Responsible for the submission & reporting of site visitors/contractors/guest are recorded and filed.

To ensure a safe working environment for the team using the Departmental Health and Safety File, Fire Procedures and Risk Assessments

As well as keeping Fire Risk, Health and Safety and organising any other reports or documents which need to completed and filed when required.

To check the daily hand over report is maintained correctly and any incidents have been dealt with properly and the relevant reports completed and actioned.

Being a small team you would need to provide support and show a duty of care to staff members and their well-being especially your team (i.e. the Security Officers and Customer Services in the day to day running of the business 24/7, 365 per year.

Ascot area: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Qualifications

Strong background in hospitality with hotel experience preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus Excellent phone etiquette and guest service skills Time management capabilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently Previous experience in restaurant settings is advantageous
