Stratford Central

Working Hours:

4 days on, 4 days off 1900 - 0700

Salary:

27,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Contract:

Development Details:

This role is based in Stratford Central - Legacy Tower. Legacy Tower is a striking 31 storey tower which will offer dual aspect views of both the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park and Westfield Stratford City. Residents benefit from a 24 hour concierge service and a private residents gym.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

As a Night Concierge at Rendall & Rittner, you will:



Passionate about creating a positive and safe environment for residents, guests, and the team. Expert in customer service, using this expertise to lead, engage, and inspire others. Proactive in seeking opportunities to drive the performance of the development. Skilled in handling feedback effectively in the moment, serving as the main point of contact for all queries. Values and supports the team, building strong working relationships with residents, guests, and external contractors. Has a track record of delivering great customer service, managing complaints, working safely, and thriving in a team environment.
