Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Controller to oversee our recovery / breakdown operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for controlling the recovery department, ensuring all breakdowns are covered with our own staff and sub contracted work. This role requires a strong understanding of the recovery world along with a high level of problem solving and management of people and ever changing jobs through the night leading into morning

Duties

Oversee all aspects of the breakdown cover through the night Problem solving through shifts juggling the night time running and managing staff to ensure eta's are met Answering calls and using our APEX system

Requirements

Proven experience in a similar role within recovery controlling. Strong knowledge of recovery. Being able to pass GMP vetting process Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Ability to communicate complex information and problem solve
