Summary
As a Duty Manager at Millennium Hotels & Resorts, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing hotel operations and ensuring that guests receive outstanding service. This position is essential for maintaining the high standards of hospitality that our brand is known for.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure smooth functioning and guest satisfaction.
Lead and manage the front desk team, providing guidance and support as needed.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
Coordinate with various departments to enhance the overall guest experience.
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
Supervise food preparation and service in the restaurant to ensure quality standards are met.
Assist in training new staff members on hotel policies and procedures.
Requirements
Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
Experience in hotel operations or restaurant management is preferred.
