Crowne Plaza Manchester City Centre requires a Night Duty Manager to join our team. We're looking for an ambitious, hardworking professional who loves to crunch numbers in between responding to guests' needs. The Duty Manager will be responsible for the hotel during the night ensuring all process and procedures are followed and guest security is a priority at all times. The ideal applicant should be capable of supervising a shift and working alone at times when dealing with basic functions, such as checking guests in and out, reconciling accounts, communicating with reception, food and beverage, housekeeping and taking initiative for necessary tasks. You will work as part of a team supporting the hotel in areas such as cleaning, bar service and basic cooking for room service. A flexible schedule and willingness to work occasional overtime when necessary are essential

Job Profile
Main Duties and Responsibilities
1. Check In guests / Check out guests
2. Monitoring efficiency of all night shift processes
3. Communicate and assist with guest requests
4. Support the security of the hotel
5. Balance the day's card purchases and your shifts cash
6. Cleaning of public areas and areas of the hotel as required by IHG way of clean
7. Balance the day's conference postings.
8. Balance the day's overall revenue report
9. Nightly floor walks to ensure guest security
10. Support the reception team in the morning.
11. Serve within the F&B outlets as guests require
12. Support auditors when required
13. Create a positive work environment for team and colleagues
14. Ensure Front of House Management are informed at all times
