9.5 hour shift Night shift Weekend availability

Are you a night owl who wants to do something rewarding with your time?

An opportunity has arisen within our team at Perran Bay Care Home, so we are on the lookout for an experienced, kind, caring and empathetic individual to help lead our night team and support our residents overnight.

As a waking night Duty Manager first and foremost, you will help our residents sleep well. You will lead a team of Care Assistants to ensure that people's needs and wishes are met throughout the night.

About you

You must have experience of working in a care setting, caring for older people, and have, or be willing to work towards, an NVQ/Diploma Level 3 Health & Social Care. Some supervisory experience would be an advantage.
We can provide you with all the support you need, we do ask that you have a big heart and a positive attitude though!
