We are currently seeking a
Night Guest Services Assistant
to join our dedicated nights team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, has a passion for hospitality, and is committed to ensuring guest satisfaction during overnight hours.Key Responsibilities
Responding to guest enquiries and providing excellent customer service Serving food and beverages during night hours (limited menu) Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety and Food Safety standards Maintaining hotel security and safety throughout the night Checking guests in and out using our Opera PMS system (full training provided) Completing night audit procedures (training provided) Conducting regular floor walks to ensure guest comfort and safety
