You'll be the friendly face that ensures every guest feels at home, while keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR ...

We want someone who:

Brings energy and confidence to every interaction.

Has experience in guest or customer-focused roles (night or lone working is a bonus!).

Can lead a team with positivity and professionalism.

Is calm under pressure and has a sharp eye for detail.

Is tech-savvy with basic Microsoft Office skills.

Extra points for: Previous hospitality experience, especially in 4 or 5 hotels, and knowledge of security procedures.

WHAT YOU'LL DO ...

Lead and inspire the night Guest Services team to deliver five-star service.

Complete night audits and prepare the hotel for the next day's success.

Be the go-to person for guests and support all departments overnight.

Manage emergency procedures and act as Duty Manager when needed.

Keep public areas spotless and ready for the morning rush.

Mentor and develop your team for future career growth.
