Your Mission

As Night Manager, you're the boss of the night. You'll run the hotel overnight, lead the nights team, keep our guests safe and smiling, and make smart decisions when it matters most. Calm, capable, and full of personality -- you'll own the night at Moxy.

What You'll Be Doing

Leading the hotel overnight as Manager on Duty Delivering brilliant guest service and handling any issues with confidence Managing and supporting the Night Auditors and Night Porters Overseeing security, safety checks, and emergency procedures Ensuring the night audit is completed accurately Keeping standards high across all public areas Communicating clearly with the morning team for a smooth handover
What We're Looking For

Experience in hotel front office or night operations A natural leader who's calm, confident, and decisive Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Comfortable working independently and taking responsibility Passion for hospitality and delivering standout guest experiences A personality that fits the fun, fearless Moxy brand
