Job Description

The Chancery Rosewood is now open! Housed in the iconic former U.S. Embassy on Grosvenor Square, reimagined by British architect Sir David Chipperfield. It includes 144 spacious suites designed by Joseph Dirand, including a variety of dining and entertainment spaces: providing a stage for progressive ideas, voices and expression.



We are seeking a Night Manager to oversee the hotel's operations during the night, ensuring a seamless and exceptional guest experience. This role requires an inspiring leader who can effectively support a team of night receptionists while fostering a positive and engaged night culture. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth communication across all departments, handling guest requests with efficiency, and maintaining a safe, welcoming environment for both guests and associates. This role is due to start in July 2025.



Key responsibilities:



Oversee the running of the entire front of house operations during the night, ensuring exceptional service delivery and maintaining seamless operations. Lead, train, and support a dedicated team of associates, fostering a positive and motivated working environment. Develop a deep understanding of the entire guest journey, ensuring smooth collaboration across departments providing guests with a seamless experience at every touchpoint. Effectively manage guest requests, ensuring timely, accurate follow-ups and resolutions to maintain a positive guest experience. Oversee the well-being of guests and associates throughout the night, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and seamless experience by upholding hotel procedures and standards.

You naturally notice when things aren't up to standard and take action. You are a natural leader, comfortable managing teams and creating a positive, productive environment. You are solution-focused, always looking for ways to improve processes and resolve challenges efficiently. You understand the importance of the guest experience, always striving to ensure their stay is memorable.
