Hours: 42 hours per week. Night Concierge work 4 days on 4 days off, 12 hour shifts; 8pm - 8am. Weekends bank holidays will be required on a rota basis.


We're looking for a dynamic Night Manager to co-lead our night operations and ensure our residents enjoy exceptional service throughout the night. You will be responsible for health, safety and security of residents and colleagues within our Canary Wharf community.


Key Responsibilities:

Lead & Motivate: Inspire and lead your team, translating company strategy into actionable goals. Operational Excellence: Oversee the night operations, ensuring safety, compliance, and a best-in-class resident experience. Resident Engagement: Champion outstanding service, handling emergencies, welfare issues, and complaints with confidence. Team Development: Recruit, coach, and develop Assistant Night Managers and concierge team members. Operational Control: Manage rotas, resource levels, and costs while meeting KPIs and driving continuous improvement. Ensure handover with day team has been completed to a high standard. Compliance: Working with Day Team by ensuring full adherence to health, safety, and regulatory standards.
