KE Hotels have brought Marriott's newest hotel brand to Manchester, transforming a former hat factory in the city's vibrant Spinningfields district. Moxy is designed to capture the rapidly emerging next-generation traveller combining stylish design, approachable service, latest technology and an affordable price.

Job Profile:

We're looking for adaptable problem solver who takes initiative to ensure guests have a great experience & can manage a team in a fast-paced service role, all while bringing the Moxy brand to life creating a fun & relaxed environment that makes guests (& their dogs!) feel at home.

Main Roles & Responsibilities

Managing the day-to-day operation of the hotel & bar Customer service, guest relations & creating positive guest experiences Building a team that delivers guests great service & embrace the Moxy style Managing & driving a successful bar that is central to the hotel operation Manage hotel room inventory, payments, orders & accounts Promote & support the Moxy brand Follow all food safety, licensing and health & safety policies to work safely

Useful Experience

Must have management experience within the service industry

Must have experience of team management

Knowledge of a property management system such as Opera Knowledge of Point of sales systems such as Micros Knowledge of Food Safety & Licensing laws Personal experience of travel & travel industry
