Adept Care Homes provide high-quality residential and dementia care in family-run, Midlands-based care homes. You will be joining the team at Bowood Court & Mews Care Home, a welcoming 59-bed residential home in Enfield, Redditch, offering affordable, high-quality care. As Night Manager, you will oversee night-shift operations, ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of residents while leading and supporting a dedicated team of care staff to maintain excellent standards of care throughout the night.


You will receive a thorough induction along with ongoing online and face-to-face training to support your development. About the Night Manager role;

Pay of35,185.00 Per Annum 40 hours a week Supervise and support care staff during the night shift, ensuring adherence to care plans and maintaining high-quality standards. Oversee the delivery of personalized care to residents with dementia, demonstrating empathy and understanding in challenging situations. Conduct regular rounds to assess residents' needs, respond to emergencies, and ensure a safe and secure environment. Manage administrative tasks, including documentation, reports, and updating resident records accurately. Collaborate with other department heads to ensure seamless operations and continuity of care between shifts.

What we are looking for;

Previous Team Leader or Deputy Manager experience (essential) NVQ 3 in Direct Care is (essential) Excellent literacy, numeracy and communications skills Own car required and business miles paid Good literacy, numeracy and communication skills Positive and caring attitude (essential)
