An exciting opportunity for a Night Manager to join the team at award-winning Cantley House Hotel in Wokingham, Berkshire.

The Night Manager will ensure a consistently high quality of service to all guests by delivering Cantley House Hotel standards.

The Night Manager must be able to demonstrate their immaculate presentation standards and attention to detail at all times.

Duties will include:

Check in and out of guests; Effective reservation & event enquiry handling Collating guest service feedback; Giving, receiving and handover of information Accurate billing and posting of revenue Effective general enquiry handling from guests and colleagues.

The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, flexible, passionate and have an eye for detail.The position will include working on weekends.

Pay: 26,000.00-27,000.00 per year
