The Hotel:

Holiday Inn South Normanton M1 Jct 28

A busy Hotel and Conference venue, with 163 bedrooms, 10 meeting rooms, Open Lobby Bar & Restaurant, catering for Weddings, Conferences & Events

The Night Receptionist:

Are you a Night Owl ? as Night Receptionist you will lead the team as the Manager on Duty, making decisions and solving problems. Your role will include running night audit, health and safety checks and dealing with all guests requests.

Great communication skills are required as detailed handovers are required for the incoming shift and Duty Manager

Key duties and responsibility of the Night Receptionist;

Responsible for smooth and efficient operation of the hotel at night and to ensure the highest level of customer service. Responsible for overall health & safety at night, including fire walks, security checks, and any other relevant health & safety duties, e.g. first aid Perform Front Office duties, including running the night audit report and check-in and check-out out guests Food & Beverage service at night. Clean and set up the hotel open lobby, meeting rooms and conference areas
This is a zero hour contract and primarily will be to cover the Night Supervisors holidays and days off so flexibility is a must

Pay: 12.21-13.21 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 24 per week
