AG Hotels Group is seeking a dedicated and customer focused individual to join our team as a Night Receptionist at
Orchid Hotel, Epsom.
As a night receptionist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operations of the hotel during the night shift.
Responsibilities:
Greet and check-in guests arriving during the night shift
Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and provide information about the hotel and local area
Handle guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally
Manage the check-out process and ensure accurate billing
Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable
Ensure the safety and security of guests and the premises.
Perform administrative tasks, such as updating guest records and making reservations
Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure guest satisfaction
Handle emergency situations and follow appropriate procedures
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong customer service orientation
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of PMS and basic computer skills is preferred
Availability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays
Professional appearance and demeaner
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 12.85 per hour
Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
