AG Hotels Group?is looking for a hospitable and confident Night Receptionist to join our

newly acquired hotel in Doncaster - The Raceby Hotel.

We are in search of someone who embodies our commitment to prioritizing guest satisfaction and exemplifies a fervent dedication to customer service and hospitality.

In the role of Night Receptionist, you will undertake the pivotal responsibility of ensuring the seamless operation of front desk procedures, conducting meticulous fire safety and security checks, and creating an environment where guests experience utmost convenience throughout their stay.

Responsibilities:

Welcoming guests, processing check-ins and check-outs, and providing assistance with any inquiries or requests during these times; Maintaining cleanliness in both guest rooms and public areas Ensuring the security and safety of the premises during night time hours Participating in thorough shift handovers at the beginning and end of each shift Handling any unforeseen issues or challenges that may arise during the night Conducting regular inspections of the property to identify and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred Knowledge of hotel operations and basic computer skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong customer service orientation Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure Lone working Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Availability to work overnight shifts- 11pm to 7am, including weekends andbankholidays Professional appearance and demeaner
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.85 per hour
