Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests and handle any inquiries or requests throughout the evening and night
Monitor hotel security systems and ensure a safe environment for guests
Perform administrative tasks such as managing bookings, payments, and guest requests
Set up the breakfast buffet in preparation for the morning service
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff for any immediate needs or issues
Assist in any additional duties as required by the management team
Requirements:
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and handle overnight shifts
Good organizational skills and attention to detail
Basic computer literacy (training on hotel systems will be provided)
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Experience in hospitality is a plus but not essential
