We're looking for a reliable and responsible
Night Shift Receptionist
to be the friendly face of our hostel during the night hours, ensuring they feel welcomed, comfortable, and well taken care of.Key Responsibilities:
Assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, and any inquiries (guest questions, issues or emergencies) Administration tasks Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly and in timely manner manage reservations through our booking systems. Maintain a clean and organized and tidy reception area. Keeping an eye on the security of the hostel and ensuring guest safety. Flexibly assist with any additional tasks assigned by the manager to ensure smooth operations throughout the night
Requirements:
Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or as a receptionist is preferred Great communication skills and flexible personality. Ability to work independently during the night shift. problem-solving skills, especially in handling late-night situations. reliable, punctual, and comfortable working night shifts, including weekends and public holidays
